&lt;div&gt; 妈妈给我的人参果，青海特产。煮完以后是微甜的口感，很健康的组合。&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;做法&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt; 材料：猪棒骨4块，香菇10小朵，杏鲍菇3－4个（大个）人参果100克。姜2片。&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt; 做法：骨头先开水煮几分钟，去血末。&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;沙锅做上开水，把骨头丢进去，还有姜片。加10毫升左右的玫瑰露酒（主要是黄酒用完了） ，大火煮开，转小火，2个小时以上，把香菇和杏鲍菇放进去。继续煮，时间可随意，我大约是煲了一个下午，4个小时以上。因为我不小心睡着了，呵呵。在出锅前半小时放人参果。喝的时候放盐调味。&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;干粉皮热水泡软，肉切丝，姜蒜末，豆瓣酱2勺 &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;起油锅，4成热的时候，将肉丝慢慢滑熟，加适量盐，捞出 &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt; 豆瓣酱倒入锅里。小火煸出红油，将粉皮倒入，翻炒均匀2分钟，加姜蒜末，继续翻炒出姜蒜的香味，倒如炒好的肉丝，加少许鸡精和香油。即可&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;买回来的这些绿豆角，肥肥厚厚的，小时候不爱吃，如今爱的很，只爱了干煸，老在外边饭馆吃，自己也没做过，，周末买了一堆回来，小试了一把，卖像差了点，味道嘛，我总是爱吃自己做的菜拉。^0^。&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;材料：豆角，肉末，花椒，干辣椒，姜丝，蒜末，橄榄菜，豆瓣酱。&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;做法：豆角洗干净掰成段，&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;          锅烧热，注意！不要放油，将豆角放到热锅里，用锅铲翻，慢慢把水分烤干，这个时候一定要勤快些，我就是偷懒，造成豆角有些地方糊了，烤到豆角收缩了，水分少了一些就盛出来。&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;         锅里倒油（要多一些），热后，把豆角放进去炸，炸到豆角外皮发干发脆就捞起来。&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;         留底油，姜丝，花椒，干辣椒扔进去爆出香味，少许肉末放进去翻炒到变色成熟。加2勺子豆瓣酱，2勺橄榄菜。把豆角也放进去，继续翻炒3分钟，如果口重可以加少许盐，因为豆瓣酱本身就是很咸。放蒜末，炒一分钟，闻到蒜的味道出来了就可以关火装盘。&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;鸡翅洗干净，将姜丝少许,盐一点点,白酒一小勺,排骨酱2勺,腐乳汁2勺,酱油3勺,花椒少许,倒入鸡翅,拌匀,腌制1个小时&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;左右.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;起油锅,热后，将洋葱片爆香,下腌好的鸡翅,加点辣椒,翻炒到鸡翅变色,加豆豉一勺白糖一勺,黄酒2勺,水小半碗,盖锅盖焖,中火,焖到水快干后，加适量鸡精调味,淋上香油就可以出盘了.&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;那天，去超市买菜，估计的谗肉了，看见一大块五花都走不动道了，只见那鲜艳润泽光滑的肉，结实，一层肥一层瘦，足足有4，5层之多，超市卖肉的小伙还猛夸肉新鲜，于是我这个没毅力减肥的就买了一大块，准备回来搞个红烧肉。&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;回来翻调料，翻出一包陈年梅菜，看看日期，正在过期边缘，本着不浪费的原则，就有了这么一道菜。&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt; 材料：鲅鱼2条，草果2个，大料2个，蒜一头，姜3片，香叶少许，孜然少许，白寇一个，干辣椒适量。&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;做法：将鲅鱼清洗干净，薄薄的扑上一层干淀粉，将油锅烧热，倒小半锅子油，烧到7、8成热，将鲅鱼放入炸至金黄捞出&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;         将锅里留少许底油，将姜片和大蒜倒入爆出香味，将鱼倒入，加水，没过鱼。把其他调料都放进去，再加2勺酱油，一小碗陈醋，一勺排骨酱，大火烧开，转小火，慢慢烧到水收干即可。&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;材料：鸡胸肉一盒，西兰花一个，蛋白一只，黄酒少许&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;         起油锅，能没过鸡片量为佳，烧3成热，将鸡片滑熟。捞起&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;于是我一个人带着鱼回家，在门口的新加坡老板娘那剪掉头发，听善谈的她聊了很久的世界名牌，真是很汗，这个女人只能用强来形容，浑身都是LV黄金宝石之类的东西，却安然守在这小店里以为人打理发型为生计，据说是为了老公，放弃老家舒适富裕的日子。每次去都能和她聊上一会，应该是个很有故事的女人吧。&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;打理完我的分叉的头发已经是晚上9点多了，我盘算着回去打扫卫生，看看手里的鱼，不知道为什么很想试试手看，于是回去家也不扫了，先把鱼头做上一半，做之前还想作完明天吃也不错，凉的味道也好，结果…………实在太香辣，我于11点前消灭掉一整盘的鱼，连垫底的白菜也无一幸免。&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;材料：鱼头半只，姜片少许，剁椒适量，酱辣椒适量，白菜少许，葱花少许&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;做法：先将鱼头用盐和料酒腌15分钟，盘子里垫上白菜，把鱼头放在上面，剁椒，酱辣椒铺在鱼头上面。&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;        水开后蒸13分钟，将盘子拿出来倒掉里面的水，在鱼上浇上一些蒸鱼酱油和熟油，继续蒸2分钟，起锅撒上葱花，开吃！&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;做法：1，将土豆对切成2块，用开水煮至7-8成熟&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;         2，在煮土豆的时候，将火腿切细末，迷迭香切碎，芝士切条&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;         3，将煮好的土豆中间画一个圆形，边上留大约4-5厘米厚度，把圆形里的土豆都掏出来。&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;         4，锅里放少量油，将火腿炒一小会，然后和挖出来的土豆泥和迷迭香碎拌匀，再填到土豆里。并将起司条码放在表面。可以在表面撒些迷迭香碎。&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;        5，入烤箱220度左右烤至起司化掉，土豆微微变色就OK&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;         （做这个菜的时候正好家里只剩下几块软芝士，该是白口吃比较合适，但又懒得去买，就凑合用了，结果这个芝士烤出来效果并不是很好看，味道不差。建议用北京干酪之类的比较好）&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;其实现在也不算老呀，还能穿穿小女生的衣服，刷点漆，拌个嫩，心境不同罢了，其实我是更加爱惜自己了。&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;材料，牛肉8两，西红柿3个，洋葱半个，土豆2个，黄油一块，番茄酱半瓶。&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;做法：1，把牛肉切小块，开水去血水，放到汤锅里，加大半锅水，烧开后转小火，炖2个小时。&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;         3，起锅，化开黄油，把洋葱炒软，加西红柿土豆炒软，把半瓶番茄酱倒入，炒均匀，把这些都倒入炖好的牛肉汤里，再接着煮30分钟，放盐和少许黑胡椒。&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;2，干辣椒10个，花椒5-10粒，大料2个，桂皮1片，草果1个，小茴香一小撮，丁香2个，沙姜一快，姜片3片，山胡椒籽一小勺，党参2支，干橘子皮1少勺，干山查2-5片，冰糖1勺，酱油2勺，料酒2勺&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;做法：将牛肉汆水，去血水，盛入沙锅，加水没过牛肉一指深，将所有材料都扔进去，大火煮开，转文火炖2-3小时，快出锅的时候加盐，这样炖出来的肉不油腻，汤很清。&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;米粉是干米粉发的，就是将干米粉用沸水泡几个小时，我这个米粉粗，泡了一晚上才发出来。&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;吃的时候，将米粉在沸水里煮半分钟到一分钟，就可捞出，加上牛肉汤和牛肉，盐味精酱油什么的，随个人口味添加。&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;材料：猪蹄2只，（剁成小块）&lt;br&gt;　　 花生半斤&lt;br&gt;　　 姜4-6片&lt;br&gt;　　 干辣椒适量&lt;br&gt;　　 大料一个&lt;br&gt;　　 草果2-3个&lt;br&gt;　　 花椒一小撮&lt;br&gt;　　 大蒜8粒&lt;br&gt;　　 丁香一小块&lt;br&gt;　　 茴香和香叶随口味可加一些也可不加&lt;br&gt;　　 料酒一小杯&lt;br&gt;　　 冰糖10克&lt;br&gt;　　 酱油适量&lt;br&gt;　　&lt;br&gt;　　做法：1；将适量（大约3-4勺）油倒入锅里，7、8成热后下猪蹄，姜片，快速翻炒一会，待微微变色，加料酒，冰糖，酱油，继续翻炒大约3-5分钟，再把所有没放的调料还有花生都放进去，炒均匀，这时，会有香味了，主要是调料起作用。&lt;br&gt;　　 2，加水没过猪蹄，大火开，转小火，慢慢炖，最好是用沙锅来炖。大约炖个一个半小时。快出锅的时候放盐调味&lt;br&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;昨天下班前和猪讲，晚上做奶油蘑菇面，猪哥很开心的说，好呀！结果下班后我打电话叫他提前出门和我去买菜，他却说忙！当时，我心里一抽，又碍于在地铁里不好失掉风度，便礼貌的讲，那好，你先忙。挂了电话。心里暴怒，做着急剧的心理斗争，一个在骂死猪死猪，另一个理性的自我在劝啊，别骂了，别生气啊，容易老，他忙嘛，咱吃自己的啊。我估计当时见到我的人会惊奇，怎么脸一会白一会红的。&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;后来，我很淑女的下了地铁，回了家。跟平时一样，我保持稳定的心情，尽量使自己开心的态度。以正常水平发挥出了这个菜。味道真不比饭店的差。&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;这个面首先准备奶油酱&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;材料：&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;鲜奶油100G&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;牛奶600G&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;奶油（就是超市买的光明的一块一块的那种）2份，一份100G，一份40G&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;面粉100G&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;1，将鲜奶油和牛奶煮沸放置一边备用&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;2，另取一个锅子，放入100G奶油用小火化开&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;3，奶油化开后，加面粉慢慢搅拌至香味&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;4，一边搅拌一边加入做法1的材料&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;5，仔细搅拌均匀&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;6，将40G奶油化开，&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;7，倒入搅拌着的面糊，搅拌均匀。&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;奶油酱就做好了。&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;下面就是做香椿酥&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;将香椿用小火炸酥脆就可以，放一边待用&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;下面准备做面的材料&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;意大利面200G&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;白蘑菇200G&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;洋葱1/4个&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;高汤200G&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;奶油酱80G&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;鲜奶油60G&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;奶油50G&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;盐和胡椒粉少许&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;做法：&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;1，先将面条煮上8-10分钟，记得水开放盐再放面&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;2，锅里化开奶油，把洋葱丁倒入炒软。再把蘑菇片炒一会，加高汤（白水就行），奶油酱，鲜奶油，盐和胡椒，煮滚后转小火&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;3，将煮好的面倒入酱里面煮2-3分钟，再撒点黑胡椒即可。&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;4，捞出，撒上香椿酥。&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;大骨头，2斤&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;干辣椒10个&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;把所有材料洗干净，放到高压锅，加上水，要没过材料2寸，把卤料放进去，上气后压30-35分钟，就得了，&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;简单易得。&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;把鸡爪修理干净后放入水里煮(放一勺麦芽糖、一勺白醋，可防止煮到皮烂)&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;煮好捞起筛干水份放油锅里炸(油七八成熟时放进去)&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;炸到变焦黄色时捞出晾干油份&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;炸完后讲爪子放冷水里泡一个小时后（我忘记泡了，汗），加花椒、桂皮、八角、少许盐、胡椒粉、白糖上笼蒸20分钟&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;酱汁制法:玉米粉、生粉、面粉少许，加冷水搅拌成浆，锅内加水半碗、生抽、老抽少许、白糖60克、蚝油40克。&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;酱汁烧开后加豆豉,蒜茸、红椒圈、葱油、麻油即可把鸡爪放入搅匀&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;将搅拌后的鸡爪放进蒸笼里蒸6分钟后就好了，(主要是把生蒜那股味去掉)鸡爪更入味。 &lt;br&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;每天都忙的象陀螺似的，压力大，事情多，但是我想我有勇气和耐力面对，只是生活不象从前那么多的娱乐，连买衣服都没时间了，不过也好，花钱少，省下来给豆豆买玩具买粮食。由于中午能带饭，作饭的机会也来了，正好，爱好得到发挥，手艺又能锻炼，也是一种生活和乐趣，乐此不疲！&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt; 家常茄子&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;材料：茄子2个，豆豉1勺，辣椒一个，排骨酱一勺，葱少许&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;做法：长茄子切片，先用淡盐水泡1分钟（去涩）&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;         热油，将控干水的茄子放入翻炒，稍微变软，加豆豉，排骨酱，酱油，辣椒碎，继续炒至调料均匀，茄子变色，加鸡精，葱花，起锅。&lt;/div&gt;
